Elwha Rivermouth Access Closed-May 26, 2010

The Place Road access to the Elwha Rivermouth will be closed starting May 26, 2010.

The contractor reconstructing the Place Road Dike as part of the Elwha River Restoration Project will be moving equipment in and beginning construction activities.

This access will likely be closed for at least six weeks.

Your patience for the closure and respect for private property in the area is requested.

June 2010 Chapter Meeting Cancelled

Our regularly scheduled Olympic Peninsula Chapter Meeting for June, 2010, has been cancelled due to conflicting schedules by Chapter Officers.

The next meeting is scheduled for July 7th, 2010. See you there!

May Meeting

We will be having our monthly meeting for the month of May this Wednesday May 5th (6:30pm) at the home of Mike and Lindsey Wheeler, 426 West 4th Street, in Port Angeles WA 98362.

Anyone is welcome to join us. We will be discussing the upcoming 2010 Cleanwater Classic, Surfing and Traditions and more. Hope to see you there!
