Surfrider Meeting This Wednesday

Olympic Peninsula Chapter of the Surfrider Foundation will meet at

6:30 pm at Westside Pizza located at 116 North Lincoln Street, Port

Angeles, on Wednesday, April 6th, 2011 for our monthly meeting.

WA Coastal Cleanup 2011

Easter weekend the chapter gathered out at Hobuck Beach to support all Washington coastal cleanup volunteers. The chapter served food, drinks and provided a gathering place for volunteers to coordinate efforts. We had excellent weather and loads of ambitious participants scouring the beaches from Shi Shi to Hobuck. Thanks to all who made the weekend such an enjoyable success including Darryl Wood, Charlie Parks, Anne Shaffer, Dave Parks, Jodie Kennedy and family, The Waterkotte clan and the Coast Savers.



Thanks to those people who took time during the Easter weekend to show some love for their beaches. See you next year!
